Snow Capped Shepherd Rescue

Snow Capped Shepherd Rescue is a Denver, Colorado based, volunteer-run non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.  They rescue abandoned, abused, neglected and stray White German Shepherds and German Shepherd mixes.  They do not have a shelter, instead all of their rescued dogs are housed with caring foster families… a temporary stop on their way to happily-ever-after. 

Big Paw Services Walker/Pet-Sitter/Canine Massage Therapist, Dawn, fostered Julian for a few months until he found a permanent home.  His first year of life was spent chained up to a tree with out protective shelter from the harsh elements of a Kansas City back yard.  He was nearly starved and still bares scares from fly bites.  Dawn's heart went out for the poor boy.  Henry was a super helper helping Julian adjust to living indoors and introduced him to a new feeling - being cared for and loved unconditionally as a member of a tight pack.
