We now offer credit card payment options as well as checks, money orders, or cash making your experience with us more convenient! 

Once the service agreement is agreed upon and you decide to use our service(s), you will receive two emails from billing@bigpawservices.com.  The first email will be your detailed invoice as a PDF attachment.  The second email will link you to a secure payment page hosted by PayPal for maximum security and the protection of your privacy.  You do not need a PayPal account.  A major credit card or debit card will suffice. 




The only difference between returning clients and first time clients is that you will not need to fill out a new service agreement.  The invoice you will receive acts as an extension of the previous service agreement for the new service.  However, should the service be different (such as a pet sitting service after a dog training service), you may be required to fill in a new service agreement, under the discretion of management.




Paying by check, money order, or cash:

Make payment payable to Big Paw Services.

You may leave the payment together with the service agreement (if you did not pick it up during our Meet 'n Greet) somewhere we can easily find it such as the kitchen counter or the entryway keys/mail table.







All payments must be paid in full before service is rendered unless previously agreed upon in writing or invoice..

*Please do not send cash in the mail.
