Days filled in a dark solid blue have been reserved to our maximum capacity, however if you have pets such as cats, birds, rabbits, hamsters, reptiles, or fish that do not require our overnight visits but still need to be cared for, we will be happy to drop by daily to feed, change water, clean litter boxes, terrariums or cages, administer medications, and of course, give your pet(s) some love! It is important for us you have the same pet sitter establish a relationship with you and your pet(s) which is why we try our best to schedule the same pet sitter for all your current or future services, although at times it may not be possible. However, you will always meet the backup pet sitter before approving him or her - we want you and your pets to be as comfortable as possible with us or our pet sitters.
We strive for you to never hear "sorry, we're booked". Once you become a regular client, we will hopefully never tell you we are booked. We will remind you months before the holidays to make your plans and reserve a pet sitter for your unknown future dates.
As our business is rapidly growing, we may be completely booked at times until we decide it's time to bring on new qualified team members. We are very picky about who we hire (we do not use Craig's List to find new hires; most of our sitters are graduate students or working on their PhDs) to represent us and provide you with superior trusted services by sought out professionals.
